The Canadian Tire Corporation bought the building in Duggan Mall that currently houses the Camrose Zellers for the new Canadian Tire location.Enecsys Limited, supplier of reliable solar Air purifier systems, Select Zellers locations in Canada were bought by Target in January 2011, but Camrose was not selected for a Target store location. As such,ceramic magic cube for the medical, the store was put up for sale and purchased by Canadian Tire.
The building will undergo renovation in March 2012 to put in new roofing, a new heating, air conditioning and ventilation system and remove the suspended ceiling, said local Canadian Tire owner Dave Jewell. The new location should open its doors in fall 2012, in time for the winter rush.
"We've been in existence for 27 years in this community, opening our first store in 1984. We did an expansion in 1998 to the current size. I've personally have been here for nine years and for the last five years, I've really been lobbying the corporation for a new building. We're really excited about our upcoming new store to better to serve city and surrounding area," Jewell explained.
The new location in Duggan Mall will have three times the retail space than the current location, upping the space to 42,000 sq ft. The automotive service department and the garden centre will add separate square footage as well.100 China ceramic tile was used to link the lamps together.Polycore oil paintings for sale are manufactured as a single sheet,
"We can display more products. Our lawn furniture now will be displayed inside the store as opposed to outside in the elements.Unlike traditional high risk merchant account , We can display every piece of ready-to-assemble furniture, barbeques, and lawn mowers. We can offer wide aisles too, and that's a big thing for our customers," Jewell said.
Canadian Tire will be adding between 40 to 50 employees for the merchandising process, since the current location is staying open until everything is ready to go in the Duggan Mall location. After that process, Jewell said that 30 more employees made be added.
The Duggan Mall location will also be under Canadian Tire's new Smart Store format.
"As part of our strategic plan, we continue to be focused on building a bigger and better Canadian Tire through growth and improvements in productivity," said Mike Arnett, president of Canadian Tire Retail.
"While the Concept 20/20 format focused on expansion, this new wave of renewal (Smart Store) focuses on increasing productivity and improving the customer shopping experience. The Smart store features significant design and merchandising changes to create an even more unique and compelling shopping environment for our customers."
