Two units of environment friendly tricycles (e-trike) are now plying the city following the turn-over of the vehicles by Kasangga Partylist recently.
In a press release, Capiz Provincial Press Bureau (CPPB) said that the recipients of the solar-powered tricycles are members of the Federation of Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (FOTODA).A custom-made chicken coop is then fixed over the gums.
